Wedding Wine for $109!
$109 price based on 6L wine Kits, upgrades available. Wine sampling and meat/cheese board at bottling. At the Wine Barrel, we know how much time and effort goes into planning your wedding. Allow us to help by choosing to serve store-made wine at your special event. Experience is not necessary to engage in the process of wine making. Our staff can help you accomplish this for your wedding day. Aprox 30 bottles /kit
Save leftover wine, with our free recorking service, included with all packages!
A minimum of 3 batches is required.
Obtaining a Permit
Homemade wines for weddings or special events must be provided to guests free of charge and under the authority of a Special Occasion Permit. Click for more details or give us a call if further explanation is needed.
Serving Guidelines
A rule of thumb to follow when trying to estimate how much wine will be needed for your wedding/event.
- Calculate how many people will be attending your event.
- Multiply this number by 2 (Based off that everyone will have at least 2 drinks).
- Translate the number of standard drinks into cases of wine bottles.
A standard serving of wine is five ounces at 12% alcohol by volume. This means you get five glasses per 750ml bottle.
100 “standard drinks” equals approximately:
- Wine – 20 x 750ml bottles
- Beer – 100 x 341ml bottles
Remember to please drink responsibly and don’t drink and drive.
